Pendekatan Mengajar oleh Guru Generasi Z: Inovasi Digital dan Interaktivitas di Era Modern

Generasi Z (lahir antara tahun 1997-2012) sebagai guru membawa pendekatan pengajaran inovatif dengan integrasi teknologi digital dan interaktivitas tinggi. Studi ini menggunakan metode studi kasus kualitatif untuk mengeksplorasi pengalaman guru Generasi Z dalam mengajar siswa di kelas Madrasah Aliyah (MA) di MAN 1 Kota Kediri. Melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumen, temuan menunjukkan bahwa inovasi digital seperti Kahoot dan platform kolaboratif meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa, meskipun tantangan kesenjangan digital tetap ada. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya menyesuaikan metode pengajaran dengan konteks digital siswa Generasi Z, dengan implikasi bagi reformasi kurikulum pendidikan di sekolah-sekolah Islam. Studi ini juga membahas integrasi nilai-nilai Islam dalam pendekatan digital, seperti etika penggunaan teknologi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan interaktivitas antara guru dan siswa, yang terlihat melalui keterlibatan aktif siswa dalam kegiatan berbasis digital seperti Kahoot, Padlet, dan proyek kolaboratif daring.
