Manajemen Pembiasaan Keagamaan Sebagai Hidden Curriculum di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pembiasaan keagamaan di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah yang sering berjalan sebagai budaya sekolah, tetapi belum selalu dipahami sebagai hidden curriculum yang dikelola secara sistematis. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, peran, dan evaluasi pembiasaan keagamaan sebagai hidden curriculum di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ahmad Yani. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, lalu dianalisis menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembiasaan keagamaan dikelola secara terencana, dijalankan secara rutin, dan membentuk budaya religius madrasah. Simpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pembiasaan keagamaan berfungsi sebagai hidden curriculum yang efektif dalam membentuk karakter religius siswa.
